Shipping:
We ship most orders the day they're placed. Free shipping applies to all retail orders over $69 within the continental US. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US protectorates do not qualify for free shipping. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All orders within the continental US will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, unless otherwise selected. We will update your order with tracking information as soon as it is available. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, WA and shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and to where it is shipping. We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding British Columbia statutory holidays (we're based on Vancouver Island in Canada... eh?).
Returns:
We will happily accept returns for unused and sealed products within 15 days of your order's delivery date. After 15 days, we'll gladly exchange your unused and sealed returns for a different product(s). Sale items are final sale. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund the damaged/defective product.
