Teaspoon organicfair Chinese Five Spice blend
1 tablespoon maple syrup (grade B has the most nutrients)
6 halved plums
1/4 cup coconut thread
1/4 cup cashew pieces
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons candied ginger
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Mix half teaspoon Five Spice blend into maple syrup and sprinkle on plums. Bake until soft at 350F for about 20 minutes. Mix together coconut thread, cashew, salt, the rest of the five spice blend, candied ginger, coconut oil and sprinkle that on top of plums. Broil for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Garnish with vanilla ice cream, because why not?!
